Ulf Krüger, Uwe Blaschke and the rest of the crew from museum were very happy to present memorabilias related to The Beatles to all visitors - fans of The Beatles from Europe, North America and the rest of the world. Public media in the world reported about this event. After many years of music wandering, experimenting and playing with other bands, they found a new creative energy, and soon after the first rehearsals, the band defined own and unique sound and the first songs were created. Although all members of the band Bad Seasons prefer different musical styles, they managed to find a common musical element that gave genuine charm and identity to their songs. By the end of year 2008, the 14 songs were created, 10 of which are selected to be on the first album, "Spellbound" 2008.The story of the Bad Seasons (Tuzla, Bosnia and Herzegovina) began in 2007 when the four musicians, gathered under this name and began to work on their own songs."Too late".
The whole album was recorded as studio live album whithout any additional recording or digital changing of sound. MisterBaishon is progressive alternative rock band from Belgrade, Serbia. The first performance was on in Sid which was followed by 3 solo concerts in Belgrade, including Belgrade's Beer Fest. The music of this bend could be described as progressive live rock and the result is the band first album "The joy of life" recorded in April 2008.

Producent njihovog albuma, Andy Gill kaze: "Cini mi se da izazovi i cine osnovu benda. Poslije toliko godina, da nismo mijenjali putanju i smjer, bend bi davno izgubio duh. Ovaj posljednji album je napisan tako da predstavlja cijeli band, cijeli koncept i ideju po kojoj funkcionise." Pored novih pjesama, publika na Kastelu ce uzivati i u hitovima poput "Diane", "Screamager" i "Nowhere". Kao predgrupa bendu Therapy? nastupice beogradski bend Magma koji je na proslogodisnjem Nektar Demofestu osvojio drugu nagradu. Program na Kastelu pocinje u 20:30h. Ulaz na koncert je besplatan. Publika u Banja Luci ce 24.07.2009. godine imati priliku da u okviru Nektar Demofesta 2009, na ljetnjoj sceni tvrdjave Kastel, uzivo cuje legende alternativne metal muzike, irsku grupu Therapy.Bend ima 12 albuma.

Unicorn Digital is proud to announce that legendary keyboardist Roger Powell (Utopia, David Bowie, Meat Loaf) has signed a deal with the label to release "Blue Note Ridge", a collection of improvisations that embrace classical melody, contemporary harmony and impressionist forms on this debut solo piano album. A stream of consciousness merging styles and eras, "Blue Note Ridge" is pure, elegant and honest. In the 70's and 80's Roger Powell's groundbreaking electronic synthesizer albums "Cosmic Furnace" (Atlantic) and "Air Pocket" (Bearsville) were hailed as masterworks. Powell has always been held in high esteem by his peers.

There will always be mud. There will always be harsh, unrelenting heat. As the festival wraps up on Sunday evening, a combination of substance abuse and sleep deprivation will inevitably take their toll on Bonnaroo’s most adventurous attendees, resulting in a subdued atmosphere and a sea of passed-out bodies.Bonnaroo is America’s premier festival, however, and no event earns that title without a steady stream of upgrades. This year introduced a number of new traditions: the presence of golf-cart taxi cabs, a renewed emphasis on environmental activism, and some flashy neon-looking signs (all of which sported the Back to the Future font) marking the festival’s three tents.The cab drivers paid their dues on Thursday afternoon.

Contemporary bluegrass siren Rhonda Vincent took her lightning-hot touring band from the stage to the studio for Destination Life, a 12-track slab of immaculately crafted classics, covers, and originals that fit neatly into the vocalist and fiddler's increasingly impressive country canon. Vincent, a performer from the age of five, gives each track her full attention, whether it's a flamenco-tinged take on the Buck Owens classic "Stop the World (And Let Me Off)," a lovely reading of Poco's "Crazy Love," or a straight-up dust-kicker like "Eighth of January" (the latter is where her road-tested band comes alive). Fans of modern bluegrass will find little to argue with here.Bluegrass vocalist and fiddler Rhonda Vincent began her professional music career at the age of five, playing drums with her family's band, the Sally Mountain Show. She picked up the mandolin at eight and the fiddle at ten, performing with the family band at festivals on weekends.
A two-fer combining Big Star's first and second albums, #1 Record/Radio City remains a document of early-'70s American power pop and a virtual blueprint for much of the finest alternative rock that came after it. The lone Big Star record to merit the full participation of founder Chris Bell, the brightly produced #1 Record splits the songwriting credits evenly between him and Alex Chilton (in the tradition of Lennon-McCartney). But from the beginning, the group is tearing apart at the seams: Bell and Chilton's relationship seems less a working partnership than a battle of wills, and each possesses his own distinctive vision. The purist, Bell crafts electrifying and melodic classic pop like "Feel" and "In the Street," while Chilton, the malcontent, pens luminous, melancholy ballads like "The Ballad of El Goodo" and "Thirteen." Ultimately,their tension makes #1 Record brilliant.
In many ways, Lenny Kravitz's Let Love Rule is a thoroughly impressive debut. Like Prince, he plays nearly every instrument on the record, yet makes it sound organic and alive. Musically, it's a startlingly accurate replication of late-'60s psychedelia, crossed with a Princely groove and a heavy John Lennon fixation. Kravitz has no desire to move forward, he only wants to recreate classic rock, and as a result, Let Love Rule is an enormous, guilty pleasure. His songcraft may be derivative, but it's catchy -- the title track has a lean groove and a colorful chorus, "Sittin' on Top of the World" and "Does Anybody Out There Even Care" have strong hooks, and while the stately psychedelia of "I Build This Garden for Us" can sound like a parody, it is quite effective. Kravitz stumbles when he gets preachy (the awkward "Mr.Cab Driver") or flowery ("Flower Child"),but that doesn't.

Handy) sreo je covjeka koji je svirao “najcudniju muziku koju sam ikad cuo”. Ta muzika je bila blues, africko-americka umjetnicka forma koja je najviše uticala na korijene americke muzike. Handy je to prepoznao kao novu muzicku formu, zbog cega mu je dodijeljena titula “Otac bluesa”. U cast priznavanja i obilježavanja tih prapocetaka od prije stotinu godina.
